Beagle, Full-Body Vest
20 calm minutes on the sofa, then it switches itself off
Routines
Same idea for every piece: a relaxed pet, the light against the body, the same time each day.

Full-Body Vest: back and hips
Clip it on after dinner or at bedtime, belly strap snug. One 20 minute session a day, then it switches itself off.

Leg Wrap: one elbow, knee or ankle
Wrap the stiff joint, light side in, and close the 4 straps. 10 to 15 minutes per joint, once a day.

Hip + Leg Sleeve: hips and back legs
Slide the sleeve over the hips, then close each leg flap. About 20 minutes once a day while they lie down.

Cat Vest: naps on low
Put it on while your cat is sleepy, neck strap first, then the belly strap. Start with 5 to 10 minutes, build up to 15 to 20.

Red Light Mat: whole-body naps
Lay it where they already nap, lowest warmth, a thin blanket on top. 10 minutes the first few times, then 15 to 20, with you nearby.
Coat types
No shaving, ever. A few seconds of prep makes the difference.
Short or thin coats
Put it straight on. Short coats let the most light reach the skin.
Thick or double coats
Part the fur along the line where the LEDs sit, or smooth it flat, so the light rests close to the skin.
Dark coats
Dark fur soaks up more light. Part it under the panel and let the full session run.
Long or curly coats
Brush first so there are no knots under the panel, then smooth it flat.
Cats
Cat fur is fine and dense. Smooth it with the grain before the vest goes on.
What to expect
Every pet is different. Consistency matters more than session length.
First nights: getting used to it
Short sessions on low. Sit with them and give a treat when it goes on. Most pets settle within a few minutes.
Week 1: the routine forms
Same time each day. Many pets start walking over when they see it come out.
Month 1: watch the little things
Notice how they get up after naps, take the stairs or hop on the sofa. This is when owners usually see whether it suits their pet.
Months 2 to 3: keep going
Stay consistent. Your 60-day promise covers this whole stretch.
The nightly routine
Short clips of what owners describe after a few calm sessions. Swipe through dogs and cats of every size.

Runs from a USB plug or a power bank through its cable.
Hip + Leg Sleeve
USB version: plug or power bank. Rechargeable version: charge between sessions.
Cat Vest
USB cable, or the power bank version for no cord to the wall.
Red Light Mat
Plugs into the wall with the 12V adapter. Unplug it after each session.
Cleaning, every piece
Wipe the LED side with a soft, damp cloth and let it dry. Never machine wash or soak it.
Something else? Email support@petcietyco.com and a real person gets back to you fast.
Try right after a walk or at bedtime, when they are already sleepy. Give a treat as it goes on, and start with 5 minutes.
Charge it fully (or check the USB plug or power bank), then hold the button for 2 to 3 seconds. Still dark? Email us and we will sort it under the 1-year warranty.
That is the timer doing its job. Start a new session only on the next day.
Skip a day, then go back to shorter sessions on a lower setting. If it stays red, stop and ask your vet.
Stay with them during sessions, keep cords and controllers out of reach, and put it away afterwards.
Yes, one pet at a time. Adjust the straps for each pet and wipe it down between uses.
Safety checklist
Skip it if
A known tumor or cancer, pregnancy, epilepsy or seizures, a very young pet, or reduced feeling in the area. Unsure? Ask your vet first.
Light side in, never at eyes
Put it on before you press start, and never shine the glowing side at anyone's face.
Snug, not tight
You should fit two fingers under each strap.
Stay nearby
Especially in the first sessions and every time with the mat.
Check the skin afterwards
Look under the panel when you take it off. Redness? Skip a day and shorten the next session.
One session a day
Let the timer end it, and keep cords and controllers out of reach.
