Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping to the United States

Every US order ships free, with tracking. There is no minimum order.

Delivery times

Processing: 1 to 3 business days after you order.
Delivery: 7 to 12 business days after your order ships.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Where we ship

We focus on the United States. If other countries are available at checkout, the rate and estimated delivery time are shown there before you pay.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully at checkout. Need to change it? Email petcietyco@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before your order ships. We can't redirect orders that have already shipped.

Late, lost or stolen orders

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbours and your local carrier office first, then email us within 7 days and we'll help.
