This website is operated by Petciety ("we", "us", "our"), Office 8450, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex RM6 6AX, United Kingdom. You can contact us at petcietyco@gmail.com. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Our products

We sell red and near-infrared light wellness products for pets, such as leg wraps and back pads. We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their specifications. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from photos.

Wellness notice. Petciety products are general wellness products for pets. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. They are not a substitute for veterinary care. If your pet is unwell or in pain, please see your vet.

3. Safe use

  • Follow the instructions included with your product and on our website.
  • Keep the light away from your pet's eyes and your own eyes.
  • Start with short sessions, stay with your pet during use, and check the skin after each session. Stop using the product if your pet shows discomfort or skin irritation.
  • Do not use the product on broken skin, over tumours, or on pets with conditions affected by heat or light without your vet's approval.
  • Do not use a product that is damaged, wet, or has a damaged cable, and keep cables away from pets that chew.
  • Products contain batteries and electronics. Do not open, puncture or expose them to high heat, and dispose of them according to local rules.

4. Orders and prices

  • All prices are shown in US dollars. Bundle savings are applied automatically at checkout.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has shipped.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
  • We may change prices, products and offers at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and our 60-night promise

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 60-night promise are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or videos of your pet, you confirm they are genuine and yours to share, and you allow us to use them on our website and social media. We never edit reviews to change their meaning, and we never publish fake reviews.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Petciety or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, for misuse of the product, or for use contrary to the instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
